The Convenience of On line Shopping
Oh how the convenience of on line shopping has changed our lives. Remember the days of getting to a
sale at the mall? It was almost like planning a small vacation. Fighting traffic to get there. And when you
finally found a parking space, it was always in the next county. And my personal favorite, taking the husband
to the mall shopping. I’m still amazed that his eyes didn’t stick to the top of his head, as much as he used to
roll them. But all of that has changed now with the convenience of on line shopping.
One of the nicest conveniences of on line shopping, is the planning that you no longer have to do. No
more getting up with the chickens to get to a sale, no more fighting to get kids ready, no more traffic to get
through. Just ease. Simplicity. You can shop 24 hours a day at YOUR convenience. You can be on line
shopping in the time it used to take to brush your teeth, or comb your hair. Neither of which do you have to
worry about anymore with on line shopping. Convenience is being able to shop wherever YOU want,
whenever YOU want, for whatever YOU want to shop for. Put the kids to bed at night, get a cup of tea and
sit down and enjoy browsing on line. Now that’s convenience!
Let’s get back to the driving part for a minute. In the time it used to take to start the car and let it warm up,
you can already be shopping on line. I remember going shopping to the mall with my mom, and the traffic.
She was on a mission. Heaven forbid, somebody cut her off or get the parking spot she had impatiently been
waiting for. This was serious, now. I’m not real sure of the statistics, but I feel pretty safe in saying that the
convenience of on line shopping has played a major role in the decline of road rage incidents.
And how convenient is on line shopping, when you can wear whatever you want to wear? You don’t have
to worry anymore, if your hair is fixed or if your make up is on right. You can shop in your pajamas, in your
house shoes, with rollers in your hair. Now that’s convenience!
Probably the best convenience of on line shopping, is the fact that now days, most households have both
adults in the house having to hold a job. Or maybe you’re a single working parent, or you’re not even a parent
at all, yet. Because of the ease and convenience of shopping on line, you can work an 8+ hour a day job,
come home and fix dinner, get the kids to bed, feed the dog or cat, take a shower, get a nice relaxing cup of
hot tea, and shop on line for the household or personal items your busy lifestyle refuses to give you the time
to make it to the store to get.
In conclusion, the convenience of on line shopping has changed our whole world. No more driving to
stores, spending gas money, or having to worry what we are wearing or what we look like. Women can now
come home from work, be cooking spaghetti, while shopping on line for that new patio or bedroom furniture
they didn’t have time to get to the store to buy. So girls, just wait for that important boxing match or special
football game to come on and remind your husband that he promised to take you to the mall for that
(whatever) you have been wanting, and you too will be enjoying the convenience of on line shopping as so
many are today.
